PC Death prevention mechanic is inconsistent

Summary: During the trader time there is mechanic that prevents players from taking damage that would otherwise kill them such as falling or touching damage emmiting volumes (chipper pit trap on krampus liar, various bonfires, burning stuff etc).

However it only works on players whose last attack was delivered by ZED or on yet completely untouched players.

If one player shoot another during the trader time (even without friendly fire) and second player will then attempt to trick the death, such as jumping off the high ground, this second player will die and the first one will be listed as a killer.

Players shoot through each other a lot during the wave, so these trader time deaths become common, especially on custom maps and when there is a lot of players at same time.

or if the 2nd player just leaves the server, the one who recently shot him will be also marked as killer.
