Summary: The Sharpshooter's Ranger skill doesn't work with cross-perk weapons and the 9mm pistol.

Description: I guess it can't be about the damage threshold needed to stun ZEDs. The Magnum revolver can't stun a Scrake, even when shooting as fast as possible, whereas the Winchester which deals conisderably less damage does it with one shot.

Online/Offline: Both

Here's a video showing the issue:

OFF-PERK category.
That just means the dual 9mm doesn't have a main perk - Both single and dual count as on-perk for sharp as it still gets the boost from all the other skills (adds rack-em-up etc).
None of the skill descriptions distinguish between original and cross-perk. Even knife gets the damage boosts and can trigger zed-time on headshots even though it won't add rack-em-up.

The main issue is the description says it always stuns - which isn't the case for high resistance enemies:
EBR still needs 2 shots for scrakes, winchester/spx 2 for FP. Even crossbow won't stun raged FP in one hit.

Changing the second part to indicate it multiplies/increases the stun power would fix both discrepancies.

Such as:
"During zed-time, headshots with perk weapons have 400% increased stun power."

Or use the vague style from gunslinger's 410% knockdown/stumble skill:

"During zed-time, shooting Zeds in the head with perk weapons massively increases stun power"
