PC FOV Mess up after Benchmark camera end or stopped.

Recently I made a custom map that use camera to be the final boss cutscene.

An user report a bug to me, he said when the camera ends, his shooting cause the FOV start spinning and can't see anything.


I test it too, found the FOV messed after the camera end, every shot will spin the screen.

Fortunately I input a console command "FOV 100", it reset the fov and no longer spinning.

In the end, I insert a console command kismet to fix the map.


After that I try it in Official map "Paris", it happens here too.


Would you fix the camera bug??

Other thing I want to request :

Can you developer add an option make camera can freeze the zed and players, so custom mapper can use it to build a special cutscene in the map and no one will die in the cutscene.

Example :
Volcano Erupt.
Bridge suddenly collaspe.
An airstrike blow up a building and one new way out.

Reset it afterwards.

I did nothing from the beginning, FOV 100 just an emergency solution to stop the Screen Spinning.



In the video, I just insert a "Level Loaded" Event to trigger the camera automatically and stop automatically.
