PC Elite Crawler's gas remain visible longer than actual effect time

VFX duration longer than damage duration still seems to be an issue in the current beta... somehow despite noticing/changing the damage radius, the duration mismatch was overlooked again.

Not sure how eviscerator/crossbow partial mag pickups when full made it as a 'top community issue' over the bloat mine timer issue or the ammo count desync when interrupting reload animations online, but at least some of the really old things are finally getting looked at now.
