Reproducibility: Unsure, but apparently this has happened with someone else previously a couple months ago.
Summary: KF Update V1059. Every hit from King Fleshpound caused an "EMP" effect on Players which effectively one-hit killed any player. Possibly the Laser Beam is continually Active forever without the animation showing.

Not sure if it's reproduceable but I threw an EMP right before the King Fleshpound used his Laser beam, which in turn caused ALL his attacks to have the added EMP bonus damage on his Melee hits effectively turning all his attacks into one hit kills. This was on Hell on Earth difficulty.
