PC Dosh hitbox offset to the legs

Reproducibility: Always

Description: Player's dosh hitbox has been offset to the pelvis and below after the update.
So now if you throw dosh at someone above pelvis it will just pass through... which is annoying when you need to unload loads of emone at someone at it just goes through them.

Before update everything was fine and dandy.

Can confirm. Didn't think it was an always for me but it does happen regularly.


Also, slightly off topic, I totally miss being able to "set input (key) TossCash 1" and literally line the floor with wads.
I guess nothing is wrong with the default value of $50, but at the same time I liked having multiple keys for different values so I could give someone the whole purse in one go or give them just what they need.

I have also seen this. Sometimes people have to jump in order to get it, even if the stacks of dosh land on their feet. Especially when time is short around the trader this is annoying as hell.
