PC Any text displays folder name not the proper name of item/perk/weapon

I can't do the weekly challenge. If i click either of the 2 VS buttons, it sends me into normal VS

Even the new skins and apparel have the file name instead of the name that should show up.

I have tried verifying integrity and completely uninstalling and deleting everything related to KF2 but nothing works, not even temporarily.

PLEASE HELP!

delete Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2 pretty sure you have mods messing with the game (lang mod?)
