PC ZED Time Reload for survivalist

After the update ive noticed that the passive skill "ZED Time Reload" for survivalist doesnt work at all.
Maybe "Weapon Damage" doesnt work too, cause i have the feeling that the rpg does lower dmg (im not sure for that, maybe is only in my mind)

I can confirm as well that the Passive for the zed time reload is not working anymore for the Survivalist perk, may has anything to do with the Gunslinger bug of HIS zed-time? It is (quite) a game changer so far...

yeah was one of the good things survivalist had

Survivalist is the harderst class to play with... Now, that reload perk Itsn't work, the survivalist is harder then ever =(
