PC Double barrel auto reloading when it shouldn't

When you shot one cartridge from the double barrel, then try to shoot with the 'double shot', it auto reloads instead of shooting the remaining cartridge, this can lead to death in many situation.

In my opinion it should shot the remaining cartridge instead of reloading.

I think it's working just fine that way.
At least you don't get "fooled" thinking you shot both when you actually shot once.

No you actually got fooled when you don't shoot at all when you should have (because you actually pressed the trigger.......... to shoot). Shooting one instead of two is better than NOT SHOOTING AND LOOSING TIME TO RELOAD.

You're the one telling the game you want to shoot both by clicking secondary fire, so use primary and pay more attention to how many loaded bullets you have.
Maybe they could add a Gameplay option specific to that weapon though, where the player can decide whichever method he prefers.

Of course you can say 'ho you made a mistake' but the fact is I WANT TO SHOOT, ok I want to shot BOTH when I have ONLY ONE CARTRIDGE LOADED, but I STILL WANT TO SHOOT, I do NOT want to reload..

To make it clear:

Shooting only one instead of two > not shooting at all
not shooting at all when you need to shoot = death when you could survive by only shooting one then reload
