PC Map selection disabled for solo/party leader (PC)

Reproducibility: Always (user), unable to reproduce for others

Summary: Map selection is disabled when playing solo or when acting as party leader. See attached screenshot URL

Description:
1. select offline/solo mode or create party.
2. See map selection grayed out.

Since late March map selection has been disabled while attempting to play offline/solo or when acting as party leader. After several failed attempts, game was reinstalled and map selection was still disabled.

Online/Offline: Both

Known issue. This is currently caused by setting your server type parameter in Online Matchmaking to "Ranked Custom". Change that parameter to something else and that should fix the Solo map being grayed out issue. Thanks for the report.
