PS: Yoshiro made a typo in that sentence: "Also make sure to include weapon/perk rank (and level) as well as sever settings/gameplay mode" It should be "server" not "sever".

From your screenshot it's difficult to comprehend what's going on. I looks like the body is laying on the ground. By clipped do you mean something is passing through another object, or do you mean in the old idTech/Source Engine sense of No Clip, the ability to float or fly?
Does this issue occur consistently in that location, or was it just a one time event?

I just tested the spot to see - Seems like the collision mesh for the snow pile is just lower detail than the pile itself to save on calculations.
Here's a screenshot I took with collision turned on to better see what's happening:

Where the pile bends inwards, the collision for people walking/bodies keeps going straight.
(You can see this best at the knee of the clot near the screen middle).
I tried using crossbow bolts to show how the bodies were floating, but it's hard to make out with a still image, even with the collision lines shown.

Still, it's a fairly minor offset. About the same as the collision for car windows (the collision is a straight line from the front of the bonnet to the roof, so it doesn't have to bend inwards mid-window):

Most games use convex collision like this where they can, since it works out far better for performance.
