Bugsplat crash on startup.

The game has been really buggy with this, It takes like 4-5 tries before it would finally load.. It always crashes at the killing floor 2 logo before it even gets to the intro videos, now it won't work at all even after reinstalling it.. It also deleted the commonredist folder in the game directory.. any help is appreciated! The log file shows this
