Hey I share a computer with my Cousin and we use drastically different input methods on the keyboard I made a backup of each of our loadouts I just can't seem to find the proper command to run the ini files could someone point me in the right direction please?

This isn't a source game, you can't just make a config and then later exec it through console.
All you can do is backup your ini file, rename it to Defaultinput.ini and when its your turn to play, delete the existing input file in folder and paste in the backed up ini file.
Keep yours in your own backup folder and cousin's backed up input file in another folder so you both could have easier time switching between input setups.
