Title says most of what is going on, played kf2 before the upgrade as usual, updated to SSD's and win10 with a fresh install of everything, and now killing floor 2 will not launch, no splash nothing, steam just says im nolonger in game and then tries to sync files and finishes that in moments, cant really take screenshots of my blank desktop and i have no error numbers.

So, hit the launch icon, something spins for s second, then stops, no error message and no game running in task manager? Is that what you are seeing?
And you've tried deleting the game folder in documents?
C:\Users\your name\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame

Look into the Killing Floor 2 folder and explore the _CommonRedist folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\killingfloor2\_CommonRedist to install everything you find in it as administrator.
