I've got enough common cosmetic materials (11) but crafting them results always in failure. Same thing with the exceptional weapon skin materials

Can you tell me the exact steps you are using and where the error occurs in the sequence? That may give us clues to what is happening behind the scenes, between rewards and Steam servers and local client.

I recently got cosmetic materials crafted but I've still an issue with the exceptional weapon skin ones. I have 14 of the exceptional weapon skin materials, I go to the inventory, press craft weapon skin. It takes some time (bout 12 seconds) before I get a notification that says Failed to Reach Item Server. Btw the last time I did some skin material I received a Circuit Glow for HX25 in battle-scarred condition if that helps. Pls tell me if you need more info

Thanks, that helps. We are looking into an issue with crafting master crafted items. This sounds very similar, almost like a connection time out.

UPDATE: I just tried to craft those skin materials again, same as before except now I lost 6 of the materials and have no weapon skin.

Put in a ticket with the Support portal. I think they can replace your materials.
