Killing Floor 2 Crash / Infinite Hang after videos

Good Afternoon,

I am unable to play Killing Floor 2. I start the game, and it loads through the opening videos, but then gives a never ending "loading cycle" with the Windows mouse cursor showing loading. I've tried letting it sit for well over an hour, with no luck. I receive no error message. I use to be able to play the game. I am unsure of what could have changed that caused this.

Additional steps tried:

2. Running KF2 / Steam as Admin

3. Moving the game from SSD / HDD / Reinstalling​
4. Deep Verify integrity / Deletion of KF2 game folder

5. Registry deletion of all mention of KF2 / Re-installation of Game + Drivers​
6. Following all of the options on the Tripwire guide and steam guides, including trying the specific physx file, re installation of redistributes etc.

Specs:

CPU: i7-7700K,
Ram: 16 GB 3200 mhz,
GPU: EVGA 1070 SC,
OS: W10 Pro 64 bit V 1803,
KF2 installed on SSD / also tried HDD.
Lastest Nvidia Drivers.
Monitor: 240hz 1080P G-Sync.​

Just want to add on to this post as its the exact same issue I am having. I have tried all steps in the startup issue guide and the steps the original poster here described. The youtube video Zeus121 posted is exactly what happens to me. I even let it sit there overnight for 8 hours and it was still stuck there. My log file is listed below:
