No Crates Going Into Inventory

For some reason I'm not receiving any Dosh crates. I should of earned 3-4 at the last event where you do endless mode and unlock the robot skins. Here we are with the new event and still nothing. I'd like to dive back in, but not earning crates is a bit of a bummer. Love the game, but would like to see if there are any issues on the back end causing this issue.

I've tried the Steam marketplace trick and I don't live in Russia. Open to other suggestions.

That we are talking about 3 or 4 crates that were earned recently, during a super busy event, it may just be a regular, old delay. Has it been a week yet?

A friend of mine has the same issue, has been playing since long before vault was added, and since it's been added he's received precisely none of his vault crates. I'm pretty sure he's got like 30 coming to him since he's been leveling up his vault for months now.

I know people who recently got a few crates in a row when they went to their Vault, but they don't know why lol, the Dosh in Vault was going higher and higher lol.
