I purchased the Premium Character Bundle Jun 12, 2018 via Steam , yet when I open game and go to select characters they are not there. I sent support message to Steam received this reply *Our records show the transaction was successful.If the purchase is missing in-game, you will need to contact the game's support department directly. They can verify the status of your purchase and add the missing content if there has been an error.* My purchase/ Transaction ID: 1605977521268795905. I have verified all files in steam and restarted pc and game several time yet they are still not there. I would appreciate help in this matter to that I may use the bundle I purchased.
