If Receiving Rewards (including Dosh Vault Crates and Weekly/ Seasonal Obj Rewards)

Some players may experience issues with receiving drops in game if they have security software such as an antivirus or firewall blocking the game.


Make sure the game is on any allowed/ignore list for such software. If it already is and you are still experiencing this issue try removing it and re-adding it to make sure security software is not blocking the reward server due to the .exe update.

Players should also add exception for the following:
  • analytics.tripwireinteractive.com
and / or
  • tripwireinteractive.com
over port 10000

In some rare cases, your ISP may be blocking communication on this port and logging into your account from another location should grant the items. We are looking at a solution for this particular case.

If none of the steps provided here help and missing 5 or more crates, please make a report by filling out a support ticket with the following information:
  • How many crates were not granted?
  • What time and date were the crates in question earned?
  • What activity was done to earn it?
  • A screenshot of Dosh Vault total.
If reporting issues related to items and inventories, it's helpful to have inventories made visible.

Updated information regarding Vault Issues during beta v1060:

Reward Item Server
The game now double checks how many crates a player has earned more often, making sure to grant any that the player is missing, and not granting one if the earned vs received count doesn't check out. This was the reason many/all users had crate issues opting into the beta. The check here did not initially account for the 5 gift crates given to all players.

We have also discovered that the reward server had a case where it could be too generous, where a client that did not get its reward immediately could ping back out again and get a reward, then be granted the first one which was pending. This would result in an extra crate(s) which would now prevent them from gaining additional reward crates until the earned/rewarded check balances out. This should only impact a small portion of our users.

An example case here would be a user who currently has received 12 crates, but only eared 8 (5 gift crates and 3 through play/rewards). The game will not grant additional crates until they have earned another 4 crates. Continued play and earned rewards will continue to be counted and crates should start being granted when the earned/granted match.

On going issue:

Russia is trying to block the encrypted messaging app Telegram .
The Russian governments solution has been to block all IP's its touched which now includes the Microsoft cloud, Google Cloud, and Amazon Cloud (which we use.) This wil result in Russian players having issues receving rewards.
