This same issue has been happening to me, and has been ongoing for 6 months. The bugsplat report says to verify the integrity of the game. I have done so, and also reinstalled the game twice.

Verify you game file through Steam, be sure to be up to date for your drivers, makes sure to have installed all redistributable found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\killingfloor2\_CommonRedist (browse each folder and install the executables AS ADMIN: DXSETUP.exe, dotnetfx35.exe, dotNetFx40_Client_x86_x64.exe, NDP452-KB2901907-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe, PhysX-9.14.0702-SystemSoftware.msi, vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe from all three 2010 2012 2015 subfolders).

Then delete folder Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2 and try to start the game.

Moraito your GPU is under minimum requirement from my comparison on specs on store page, also you seem to start the game with custom launch options -dx10 and don't know which CPU you're using
Terramancer your GPU should handle the game quite easily but we don't know your CPU you're using

Crashes on launch can also happen because you have a third party program interfering with the game, like some overlays created by some software, be sure to close everything not strictly required by the game, also unplug all hardware not strictly required (remove controllers or other input device, keep only monitor, mouse, and keyboard).

Kf2 will crash and go to bug splat as soon as i try to open it.
