Krampus Christmas Event Seasonal Tab/Zed Costumes Not Showing In-game

Hello. As I wrote in the title, I'm not seeing the seasonal tab ingame and/or the christmas zed contumes. I've tried the following.. and none of them worked.

Reinstalled the game.
Verified the game's cache.
Moved and installed the game on another drive.
Deleted the config file as someone suggested on the Steam Forums.

I just can't get it to work. I've done the krampus event's objectives multiple times, couldn't get the suit or the hat. I did get my crates when they were available, but the UI ingame wasn't showing the seasonal tab~ Just the Daily and Weekly tabs.

Any help would be greatly appeciated. Thank you.
 
Can you check against any security software interfering?
Some players may experience issues with receiving drops in game if they have security software such as an antivirus or firewall blocking the game.
Make sure the game is on any allowed/ignore list for such software. If it already is and you are still experiencing this issue try removing it and re-adding it.

Players should also add exception for the following:
  • analytics.tripwireinteractive.com
and / or
  • tripwireinteractive.com
over port 10000


In some rare cases, your ISP may be blocking communication on this port and logging into your account from another location should grant the items. We are looking at a solution for this particular case.
