Vault Item in Steam Inventory, not ingame

Hi,
I opened a vault crate and it came up with an error about 'server not being read' and asked me to contact technical support.

I've been able to locate the missing items "Biocola Hat | Vault | Precious" in my Steam Inventory for Killing Floor 2 but I'm unable to locate the item ingame or equip it.

I've tried doing the cache reset option however this hasn't been succesful in resolving this.

Try to enter a server and then leave it and see if the item appears?

I have the exact same problem with the Biocola Hat, although I received it a long time ago, and didn't pay attention to it. Now that I wanted to equip it, it doesn't show up in the in game inventory.

I've tried loading into several servers, item still hasn't come through. Opened another vault since then and received it ingame.

That's because the Biocola hat is an unreleased item that accidently was added to the item pool while in testing. It will appear in game as soon as it is released in a future update.
