Startup Failure

The game worked all the way up to a few days ago. Now it crashes at the splash. I have tried most of Dare Devils guide with no success. I have done all of the easy fixes, tried a few different GPU drivers AMD 17 and 16 versions. I have deleted all local files and redownloaded with no luck.

Running Windows 10 64bit

-Looks like you might be running some sort of remote connection or have some other devices plugged into your computer that is interfering with start-up (joysticks/camera/etc).

-Can you verify this?

No joystick or camera. I unplugged my Canon printer just in case but that didn't make a difference. The only usb devices hooked up are my Logitech mouse and Razor keyb
I had Daemon tools on my PC for years and it never caused an issue with KF2 for the last year I've been playing. I deleted it for good measure anyways. No change. Still the same results. 😐

-What OS? I know of other people that have had this error and they ended up somehow fixing it themself, but unfortunately they didn't tell me what they did. =/

I was using the Win 10 Developer version. Reloaded windows 10 pro from scratch and the latest AMD drivers. I'm now in game. I suspect that it might have been an AMD driver issue. I didn't install their ReLive crap, only the driver and so far so good. The ReLive allows you to record and blah blah. Maybe that was causing my issue?
