Instant Crash

[Caia 'Zombie' Padilla]

Hi! A friend of mine had her b-day so i gave her KF2... But it crash as soon as her click on it at steam.

We did EVERYTHING that Uncle Google told us to do, but not that DLL thing, she thought that were too dangerous.

Can someone help us? PLEASE! It has been 2 days of trying and failing to get it to work.
