Server I wanna know how to ban steam ID by using web admin

Hi, I'm one of the KF2 Dedicated server host. Some users request me to ban some trolling players, but I do not know how to ban them when they are not in my server. I think web admin supports that function, however, I do not know the method. Adding ban requires steam ID or unique net ID. However, steamID can be overlapped and I cannot understand what is unique net ID. Is it mean the serial at the steam profil URL? Then how can I know that number if they changes the URL?

Simply add the SteamID 64 in the Banned IDs page, click add, done.

Unique ID can only be found when user is online, from web admin, or with some kind of calculation from Steam ID 64.

You use one or the other to ban someone, as written in the Banneds IDs page (" Steam ID or Unique Net ID", note the OR)
