Server Preview Patch Server Update Not Working

Hello. I'm trying to start a server in the current preview patch, which details endless mode mainly. My issue lies in the version udpdate. I've gone through the process of force installing the server inside SteamCMD. I made sure to use "app_update 232130 -beta 'preview'", where I presume preview is the branch name. I have also had to Suppress DevOnline in the Engine ini. However, after this, I try to connect and still get the "need to update to latest version" message. Any ideas?
I have the log for the server startup if necessary (Tried to upload them; not authorized to use attachments).

Try using

 app_update 232130 -beta preview

Dropping the ' around preview

This did work. Thanks much. I had not been aware that the quotation marks weren't needed. Misinterpretation of instructions it seems.
