Server Maxplayers Mutator Makes Server Unranked

Decided to try out hosting a dedicated server in Linux (Ubuntu 17.10) and the only mutator that I am running is the Maxplayers one which causes my server to become deranked. I don't know why this is happening and I find it odd because the same setup on my windows server shows up as modded. When running the server with no mutator everything is fine and the server shows up as ranked. Both servers are using the exact same settings except for ports and the only things subscribed to on the workshop other than the mutator are maps. Also switching maps with and without the mutator swaps the server from deranked and ranked.

Thank you Kittenmittens. I haven't tried updating the Linux server to the beta branch yet, but will probably do so tomorrow and report findings.

My 12 player server becomes unranked quite often when playing the "Defence_Thyself" map.

Tested maps, workshop, and redirects extensively before putting my Windows server and it had zero issues whatsoever. Problems only started happening after trying to run the server on Linux.

Also going to ask this here instead of creating a new thread, but for the dedicated server is it possible to run multiple server instances from a single installation using different command line arguments or do I need one installation per server instance?

It does work on my Windows dedicated server and it also works on my Linux dedicated server. The problem I'm having is that the mutator deranks my Linux server instead giving it modded status. Also updating the Linux server to the current beta isn't working for me either.
