Server WebAdmin with SSL

I use Let's Encrypt for HTTPS SSL for my webservers and noip.com for domain names. Is there a way to add SSL support to WebAdmin? Unfortuantely loading login.html from Web/ServerAdmin does not work so creating a share to that folder and using apache to host just gives me a bare bones login page that does not work.
