please someone can help me with next problem?
I saw server is always update and often and I think is v1057 now so I must update. The command for update server version is: app_update 232130 -beta preview .The server is up to date now to 1057.The problem is weird because during update it downloading another copy of game with new version of server and everytime I must delete old files in steamcmd, and sometime I don t have necessary space on ssd.Well I taught when updating is overwriting with new version update, without occupying another space on my drive with new update version....And every time I must carefuly to transfer kf game.ini,mutator.u and some map from brewed PC to new location where the server is up to date...and edit another kf2.bat executables, and bla bla bla......

and why is no announcement when server switches to another version?? is really annoying..

There is no problem updating the server this is how it works, you update over and it update needed files in server. If you don't have enough place on your SSD you can only blame yourself we can't do nothing about it. If it installs to another location this is because you do not correctly use SteamCMD, everyone updates the game server in the same folder, you need to correctly use SteamCMD that's all.

Where did you take this update command this is not the command you need to use. Read the KF 2 server wiki, you need it. http://wiki.tripwireinteractive.com/...lling_Floor_2)

Also, do not use the provided BAT file, copy it and use your copy of it this way it will never overwrite it if you verify the files with SteamCMD or if it is updated in next update.

Yeah, hate when they update the server without telling people.
