Server BugSplat64.dll missing error

Trying to launch my server and i get this error.
"The program can't start because BugSplat64.dll is missing from your computer."
Any solution?

Verifying the game files would be my first suggestion, since the file is missing completely and would be downloaded upon verifying the local files.

Or maybe creating a third thread will fix the problem, too.

I got it fixed my computer ran out of space when it was downloading trough steamcmd and it said its ready but it was not. So i just wiped everything and downloaded again.
