Server Can not connect to webadmin via internet (will connect lacally)

Should be simple, when i try to connect to webadmin via IP it takes me strait to the router/switch login so i changed the port to 8081 in the KfWeb.ini and forwarded that port to my machine. I can connect via 10.10.10.74:8081 local but will not work via IP. Is this something on my ISP's end or is there a work around?

Are you trying to connect to the public IP from within' your LAN? If yes, then you need to enable NAT loopback on your router (if it has the ability)
If no, then your ISP might be blocking the port (rare) but it's a possibility.
