Server webadmin is not accessible after server migration

Migrated server from windows server 2008 r2 to windows server 2012 r2 and webadmin is not accessible

so I copied all the files from one server to another server using windows 2012 r2, made sure I opened all the ports to the new server just like I had in the old server, and I am able to load the server, see it in the multiplayer server browser, and able to join it, and saw that other players outside my network are able to join, but I cant access webadmin. I tried using my local ip, and also external ip and it doesnt work. what am I missing?

figured it out

apparently you need to add to the batch file WebAdminPort=

and also set
bEnabled=true which is weird, because webadmin worked in the 2008 r2 server

the kfweb ini file as well as some other like multiadmin ini file sometimes reset for no obvious reason. you simply had to verify you ini file and configure it back.
