Server Recommended CPU and RAM allocation per server?

Hi everyone.

Until now, i've been hosting a single KF2 server in my trusty all-purpose home server, q6600@stock, 3GB DDR2-800.

But since i started playing minecraft with some mods, in addition to a lot of web, voice and videos services, and the file transfer requirements of the entire house, i've een noticing lag in almost every service.

So, a friend and i are upgrading the hardware, its going to be like this:

Xeon 5660 (6 core/12 threads) @ 3.6Ghz
Asus Rampage II Extreme
24GB DDR3-1600
SSD 128GB

I'm going to give minecraft around 3GB, and the SO will be 2K8 R2 Standard.

So, i have around 20GB of room to play with everything else. I want to host 3 KF2 servers, one private, one public and one versus.

Should i give them exclusive use for some thread, or a fixed allocation of RAM?

Is there something i should do to optimize the configuration?

I am running 2 kf2 servers on a intel dual core 6600 with 4gb ram and no lag on both.

my connection is 100 down 10 up

my router with QoS is giving priority to my server

at one point I had both servers full one with 16 players and average ping on the 16 player was around 80-90

so just run them and see what happens, if I remember correctly, there is a command to dedicate a single core to each server
