Server Can't find KFWeb.ini anywhere?

I was following the instructions of the wiki, so after executing the KF2server batch file I went to the Config folder for the following steps, but the KFWeb.ini is not there, and after checking instructions on youtube I found out that even more .ini files are missing...

I'd really appreciate some help.

PS: if only Listen Servers were available so I could avoid this headache...

If you have no INI in the server config folder, it simply did not start properly.
