Server Standard port KF2 Blocked

Hi I have a server KF2 under Wine 1.7 ubuntu-14.04-x86_64 I do not know how to unblock a port 7777.
On an ordinary server ip searches but after adding port 7777 does not search.

Starting my command wine /home/kf2/steamcmdwine/***/kf2/Binaries/Win64/KFServer kf-bioticslab?difficulty=0 -port=7777
