Console Key purchases

I have just purchased two keys off the Xbox marketplace and don't have any keys at all apparently, I have even restarted the game and still no keys. Is there a way I can get this fixed at all?

The last three tickets I've bought have all required me to raise a support ticket in order to have them pushed through to me as none of them showed up.

The Xbox club for KF2 has numerous people all reporting the same thing. The keys aren't working for a lot of people. I'm not buying anymore for the time being.

I raised a ticket on the 15th of August as the Horzine key I bought never appeared. It still hasn't appeared and I've heard nothing from support since. It's rather frustrating.
