Console [PS4] Cyberpunk Helmet not showing up

Keep in mind that I bought​​​​​​​​​ the Cyberpunk Outfit Bundle, a few months after the Cyber Revolution event. Also, I don't know if this is just a personal issue, but I feel it needs to be addressed.

Whenever I try to wear the Helmet, it doesn't show up, and some parts of the characters head disappears.
I didn't pay $4.99 to see my characters teeth!

Does it right itself after time, with a restart, or a map change? Do you have a screenshot of this issue I can share with the team?
