Console Still having problems with my Vault crates after update 1.30

Some weeks ago, I made a topic of how I stopped recieving Vault crates after I prestiged. I made the thread here during the Cyber Revolt update, but the problem started 2-3 weeks before.
Since then I haven't been recieving any Vault crates, and I haven't been overgranted either, so I'm not sure why this is happening.

Now, after 1.30, I just earned other 500.000 vault dosh, but still no vault crates are added to my inventory. I did restart the game, and that didn't help.

When my dosh collection disappeared during the Halloween update, I stopped recieving dosh, that was resolved by resetting the server's counter for my account. I didn't quite imagine that I would have any problems after that. I swear I haven't been overgranted a single crate, I can't make heads or tails of this. Is there anyone who can help me?

Have you reached out to support and let them know its not due to the Cyber Update issue? They can look into your account and see how overgranted the account is and when it happened or if the account is not getting a proper connection to the rewards server.

Yea, made a ticket 29 days ago, haven't gotten a response though. Maybe I should make a new one later. I did mention in the ticket that it started before the CR update.
