Since this christmas patch i lost a couple Halloween items. You guys going to give em back or are so you guys not care that youre going to lose a player from youe game for something you guya did?

We have no reason to want you to lose things. Submit a ticket at the Support hub and they will check your account for activity, problems, losses. Any purchased or earned items that were lost can be replaced. Note, however, there was a bug that gave out a few unearned rewards that disappeared when the bug was fixed, but I assume you don't mean that kind of thing.
