Console Duplicate Crates

Still getting duplicate items for the paid Christmas crates on PS4 v 1.26. Not happy.

Keep in mind that, the system just started so it can't know what you already had from before it existed and no dupes includes quality/wear levels, so you can get the same item at different qualities.

There is a serious problem with the paid crates. I bought the 20 pack of Weapon Crate Series 8 and I opened 8 HM tech 101 pistols. 8 out of 20 for the same weapon is a ripoff.

The console platforms are more complicated to change and we had a few error reports from the day after the update. See what they can discover in your account activity.

This seems to be a recurring issue and its why i dont buy crate keys anymore even after it was patched to address the duplication issue nothing changed.support told me" it is working as intended"
Its a rip off micro transaction aimed at making money quickly.the developers know theres a high chance of duplicates thats how they make money.
it would have been a lot smarter if tripwire just sold the skins seperately.but instead tripwire went down the gambling route just like ea
