Console Store not available/ Purchases not showing up

When I go to the "Store" tab, a popup states that "There is no content. It might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be on sale."
Alternately, when I access the items via the Playstation store, my purchases do not appear in-game. I have order numbers for crate keys and a purchase of the PC Briar Constable Bundle. I really hope I can get access to this. Halp plox

Please go to the support portal and submit a ticket. They will check your account for errors make sure you get your purchases.

Some errors, at the level of the Steam backend, may require you to contact them, but this is a good place to start.
