Console Prestige XP not being issued.

I have 8 SS (plus all the matches Ive played) where prestige XP isnt rewarded.
I confirmed by writing down XP of a perk in menu. Completed a match and wrote down the XP earned and checked menu again.
This has been ongoing for well over a month. If added up, Im at least 100k or more that was never issued.
TWI, your thoughts?

It seems to work with Halloween Masquerade now. Will double check next time im playing.
