Console Account progress bug when I switched my ps4 to another one

I bought a new ps4(pro)but for some reason all my progress on KF2 has been deleted on the new ps4 on my account.
So I tried everything, yes and cloud saves the regular saves from ps4, but nothing worked. I read before this is some bug, but how do i set this right?
I lost all my progress!!
Does anybody know, help!!

My understanding is, you need to save your last game on the old console, as usual. Then move/copy the save game up to the cloud. Then connect the new console, log in to same account, then copy over that last save.

So basically if my old ps4 got broken by the cable guy then there's no hope for my nearly all maxed out perks?
