Console Missing emote

Ok so I've recently had an issue where I did not receive my vault crate reward,I've restarted the game countless times and it's just not showing up,so while going through my inventory I noticed 1 of my emotes has now vanished (mating ritual-rare)any ideas how I can get it back?
if it's any help ,the emote was the free one that came with the game.
And its on the ps4 console version

Ok so i've put my detectives skills to the test and found that although it does not show up in the inventory the emote is still there and will show up only when it's being equipped on the customisation screen.
As for the Missing vault crate..... well,that's still missing

I miss also the crate drop for me..that from over weeks i get always the same ugly battle scarred skins everyday. System is broken
