Console XB1 - Not Receiving Pajamas or Crates

I'm sure this is all over the forums, but I'm new to Killing Floor 2 and just signed up to the TW website so I can post in the forums.

I'm playing on XB1 and about 3 days ago I completed all of the Christmas event challenges but have not received the pajamas reward yet. I have also only received 2 out of the 5 vault crates that everyone's been mentioning. I'm hoping a TW support tech can help me out with these issues, especially them sick jammies. Thanks!

It is a known issue on consoles and is under investigation. In many cases, the items are really there, on your account, but are not visible for some reason.

It's happen on my account to except mines on the PS4

There is a known issue where rewards can fail to properly grant on console. We are working on a fix for early January if all goes as planned.
