Console Ps4 key purchase not working

I have a problem where i bought 6 horzine crate keys it took my money off of the playstation store but didnt give me my keys i tried to talk to playstation customer support they said there was nothing they could do pls help im out $12.50 and i dont know what to do restarting app and ps4 didnt work the keys still didnt show up

My PSN id is IMPERIAL__MARINE and I have the receipts for my purchases so i dont know why the keys havent showed any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
