My game is constantly crashing since the update. It mostly happens during the boss round. I did not have these problems until this previous update. I am brought to the blue screen on the PS4 with the error code ce-34878-0. I have tried reinstalling the game and update again as well as reinstall the software on my PS4 Pro.

Which map(s) does this typically occur on? Does this happen online and offline? Which perks and skills do you use when a crash appears? What is typically happening and your own behavior moments prior to the crash? Any and all details will be helpful.
