Crate Ripoff

Hi all, I am a huge KF2 fan. I own it on PS4 & Xbox One. I have 100% achievements, I have gifted it to several others, I bought a $30 Weapons Skin Crate. I received 8 HM Tech 101 pistol skins out of 20! This is a ripoff. Support basically says screw you. I am NOT feeling the fan love. How can you justify this for $30.00? I guess it's buyer beware....

Did you submit a ticket to the Support portal? This is a good place for technical problems, general discussions and so on, but issues involving real money, purchases, account details and other things requiring some security are better handled by support. They can access account details securely.

Hi Foster Parent, yes I did and basicallys got the "too bad" reply. This is unfortunate. Their is not a single player I have spoken too that thinks this is a fair exchange of $30 for 8 out of 20 skins for the same starter pistol, for the same class. Do you have any suggestions?

Sounds you got hit with some awful RNG. Unfortunately it happens. The no duplicate system insures one can't get the same color or quality type more than once before getting everything else first. I'm assuming the pistols were not all the exact same version? If so, the system is basically working as intended.
