Turning in Weapons

Could there be a more concrete way to return another player's weapon? I don't think a lot of people think to do that or realize they can. Maybe an option at the trader after the round is over to "Turn in Weapon" and then it would transfer to the player who dropped it for no cost? There could be an incentive to do it, a little dosh after you turn it in or some extra XP.

Not that you should need an incentive! It's a major help to the players and team as a whole to give them their weapon(s) back.

EDIT: Sorry! Just realized I posted to the wrong thread. Is there a way to move it?

Bad idea for incentive, it would be abused. However, IT NEEEEEEEDS to be a light blue color (the weapon) and have the owners name right above it!!!

Or the value of the weapon should be transferred back to the player after 30 seconds of no pick up or throw back. Cashing in on someone eles weapon is nice but then the team will fall short of man power.

not gonna lie i had a guy booted for picking up my gun cause it pissed me off so much. he even messaged me after and said he intended to deliver it to me because he knows how you can spawn on the other side of the map and its a choice between retrieval or the trader.
