I'm not sure whether to put this under bug reports or what but I noticed it seems to only work when moving.
What Aim Assist Rotation does is drag your crosshair to the enemy, and it seems to only work when you're moving and not when using the right stick like most games. Currently you only get Aim Assist Slowdown when you're standing still, at least it feels like it, making it a bit difficult to track moving targets while standing still, so I just end up moving around to gain the benefit of Aim Assist Rotation, if that's how it works.
Either it only works for movement or it's really that weak, either way I would really appreciate a response confirming this. If it truly is that weak maybe buff it a little? Thanks in advance.
